These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ExamClock app provided by Sharpen Solutions. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
ExamClock is intended for students and exam aspirants in India. If you are under 18, you may use the app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use ExamClock for your own, non-commercial study purposes. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or its content.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for verifying all exam dates, deadlines and details on the official source before acting on them.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or disrupt the service.
ExamClock is currently provided free of charge. We may add optional paid features in the future, which will be clearly described before you pay.
We aim to keep the app running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
Exam information is compiled from public official sources and is provided "as is" for guidance only. Please read our Disclaimer. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites we link to (such as official exam portals).
The app, its design, and its original content are owned by us and protected by law. Exam names and logos belong to their respective authorities and are used only for identification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any missed deadline, application or opportunity, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mohali, Punjab shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
