You can delete your data from ExamClock at any time. Most of your data (your exams, planner, syllabus and study sessions) lives only on your device — deleting it is instant and doesn't need us.
In the app, go to Profile → Reset app data. This permanently erases everything ExamClock has stored on your phone. Uninstalling the app also removes this data.
If you signed in to sync across devices, email support@examclock.in from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my ExamClock account”. We will delete your account and all synced data within 7 days and confirm by email.
Your email address, and the copy of your app data we hold for sync (tracked exams, planner items, study goals, syllabus progress, routines and reminder preferences). We keep no advertising profile of you — ads are non-personalised. Basic, non-identifying logs may be retained briefly as required by law, then removed.
